When Henry and I went to Texas we were lucky enough to stay with some amazing people along the way. In Austin our Louisiana friend made us egg in a nest for brekka…. it’s a naughty breakfast that ticks all the boxes. We were very grateful to be introduced to this number!

Jools Oliver eats this when pregnant…I can totally understand why. I found myself craving this dish after a very grey and drizzly Monday following a full on weekend. I can see this becoming a regular in the winter, to be enjoyed on Sunday nights with the forthcoming season of Downton.
