Open crab mayo sandwich

Every Saturday the Pimlico Road is graced with the presence of a London Farmer’s market. I was passing by and picked up a fresh dressed crab for lunch… the following recipe is not particularly healthy, nor is it difficult. But trust me it is delicious.

  • small piece of cucumber
  • 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 1 fresh dressed crab
  • couple of slices of bread of your choice

First toast your bread and if you are a butter kind of person, whack some on.

Next goes mayo and thin slivers of cucumber

Top with fresh crab and a grind of black pepper. Wham bam, thank you Ma’am.
