I have taken to walking to work in the mornings, and it’s been a treat sipping on this delicious smoothie while I stroll through London. It only has 3 ingredients: avocado, almond milk and kiwi. The avocado and almond milk are so good for your skin making it glow, while the kiwi gives you that boost of vitamin C.
All you need for 1 smoothie:
- 2 kiwis
- half an avocado
- 1 cup of almond milk (make sure you get the unsweetened stuff)
- optional squeeze of lime
It really is so simple, just peel your kiwis and chop them up a bit. Then scoop out your avocado flesh and throw into the blender with your almond milk. You can squeeze in a bit of lime juice if you have one lying about.
The result is a really creamy, fruity smoothie. Either drink from the glass while you get ready for work or transfer to a beaker and have it on the move. Don’t forget to let me know if you try any of my recipes!
