Berry breakfast smoothie

This is a delicious wake up smoothie that can be made in all of 2 minutes. It only has 3 ingredients and it tastes amazing.

  • half a punnet of raspberries
  • half a punnet of English blackberries
  • Naked coconut water (enough to cover the berries when they are in the blender)

Coconut water is so delicious and it’s good for you because it contains so many beneficial minerals and vitamins. What’s more it’s extremely low in calories!

All you need to do is put your berries and coconut water in the blender and whizz until you have the desired consistency. Then slurp away while your continue to get ready for the day.
